As investor and developer, we are leading a direct real estate development project in Tuscany, in the resort of Forte dei Marmi, dedicated to the creation of a luxury residence. The residence, located on a plot adjacent to the historic centre with more than 1,000 sqm of land area, has an estimated total area of 416 sqm. The project is characterised by high-quality finishes and includes a swimming pool, a spa area, and a gym.
