In collaboration with the well-known design studio Renzo Piano Building Workshop, we developed an urban regeneration project by building 150 residential units near the historical centre of Parma. The area, on which an old factory stood, was in fact purchased by us and converted into a residential complex, implementing a direct real estate development and dealing directly with all phases of construction.
