Palazzo Parma
New assignment for Mingori Group

Data - 18/09/2024

Immobiliare Beneficium srl appointed the Mingori Group as General Contractor for the restoration of Palazzo Parma, better known as Palazzo dell’Agricoltore, a prestigious historical building located in the centre of Parma.

The architectural design is by Kengo Kuma & Associates, the studio of the famous Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, recognised as one of the masters of contextual architecture.

The redevelopment project balances the need to preserve the historical characteristics of the asset, protected by the Superintendency, with the requirements of the new use, aiming to ensure environmental sustainability both in the interventions and in the future use. This aspect aligns perfectly with the recent BCorp certification obtained by the Mingori Group, which demonstrates its ability to operate while maintaining high social and environmental sustainability performance.

Palazzo Parma will not just be a hotel, but a space that will embody a new idea of wellbeing and regeneration, offering a high level of hospitality but also an inclusive and regenerative place open to all, with the aim of fostering people’s wellbeing through biophilic – that is, connected to man’s innate need to live in contact with nature – and sustainable design.
