Mingori Group celebrates sustainability

More than 100 people attended the event organised by the Mingori family to celebrate with collaborators and employees, city authorities, customers and guests the transformation into a BCorp. A fundamental step in the path of sustainability of Mingori Engineering & Building, one of the few BCorp present in Italy in the construction sector.
The programme included an initial speech by Andrea Bellini, the company’s CFO, addressed only to the Group’s personnel, who anticipated some important novelties in the field of Corporate Welfare. This was followed by a public part introduced by Chairman Riccardo Mingori and a greeting from the Mayor of Parma, Michele Guerra.
The evening ended with a moment of conviviality and sharing among the vineyards of the La Madonnina di Torrechiara agriturismo, which hosted the event.
The afternoon continued with the speeches of Michele Mingori, Managing Director, who retraced the fundamental steps in the history of the Mingori Group, and Gloria Querci della Rovere, Sustainability Manager, who highlighted the fundamental steps of the transformation into BCorp but also the activities implemented by the Group in pursuing ESG objectives in the environmental but also social field, understood as positive impact on workers and the community, ethics, transparency and legality.
