Including in our assignment also the realisation of the executive design with a Design & Build contract, we built the new Italian headquarters of the German group leader in the automotive sector. Directly realising also all plant engineering and interior design works, the intervention covered about 1,000 square metres of production, 800 square metres of logistics and 1,200 square metres of management, on a total lot area of 5,300 square metres.
