On behalf of an important Milanese company, leader in the large-scale retail sector, we have been entrusted with the construction of a new medium-large sales structure. This will be built in the area of the former Consorzio Agrario, in Via Canaletto in Modena, and will contribute to the important urban regeneration project dedicated to that area of the city. The building, consisting of two above-ground floors plus the basement used as an underground car park, has a sales area of 2,500 square metres, with a total gross floor area of approximately 6,000 square metres. The project also includes the construction of all urbanisation works.

As evidence of the great attention paid to the environment, the building is LEED Gold certified by the Green Building Council.
