Mingori Srl, in its capacity as Data Controller (hereinafter, “Data Controller”), hereby informs you, pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (hereinafter, “GDPR”), that your personal data will be processed for the purposes and in the manner set out in this document. To this end, we inform you that we hold and process your personal data for purposes related to the provision of services requested by you.

Processing methods: the processing of personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in Art. 4 n.2) GDPR, namely: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Personal data will be processed on magnetic and/or telematic support or on paper, exclusively by employees, assistants and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as authorized data processors, with the use of appropriate security measures to ensure the confidentiality of the data subject, undue access to third parties or unauthorized personnel. At any time, you may contact the Data Controller to exercise your rights, as provided for in Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR, in particular, the right to request access to personal data and their rectification or deletion or restriction of the processing of personal data or the right to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability. You may also revoke your consent to the processing at any time. However, this action does not affect the validity of the processing carried out by the Data Controller or by authorized third parties until then. If you believe that your data have been processed unlawfully and violate the rules and principles on the protection of personal data, you have the right to contact the Data Protection Authority to make a complaint, according to the procedures defined by the latter.
