In the course of a single subdivision in the City of Parma, we carried out two simultaneous residential housing interventions for a total of 52 units.

The intervention was carried out partly as general contractor for the company “Coop. Residence,” for which we built 32 units, and partly as real estate developer, building on the adjacent area a complex of 20 residential units.
