PALAZZO PARMA
The Mingori Group has been entrusted with the renovation works, on behalf of Immobiliare Beneficium, of Palazzo Parma, better known as Palazzo dell'Agricoltore, a prestigious historical building located in the historic centre of Parma. The intervention will be carried out on 5 floors, plus a basement, for a total area of about 10,000 square metres.
The project envisages a subdivision of spaces that integrates different functions: on the ground floor there will be the hotel reception, a restaurant, a café, a multifunctional hall and a courtyard redeveloped with a movable roof. Spaces open to the city will extend to the basement with a spa and swimming pool, connected to the first floor with a gym and beauty rooms. The upper floors (second, third and fourth) will be dedicated to rooms, while the fifth floor will become a panoramic terrace with a bar, restaurant, swimming pool and planting, offering a 360° view of Parma.
It is planned to obtain LEED Certification, aimed at environmental sustainability and issued by the Green Building Council Italy, and WELL Certification, issued by the International WELL Bulding Institute (IWBI), which focuses on the health conditions and mental well-being of those who occupy a given built space.
